Testimonials
Dear Ms. Stewart:
I want to inform you of the wonderful help that Paul LaCourse provided me during January and February. I am now living in my new home, thanks to Paul. I am disabled and should not try to use stairs, even for a few steps. Paul provided a list of available ground level homes. Only one had a garage, which I need for car protection, my convenience and storage items that I do not want to give away at this time. The house that I eventually bought had been assumed by Countrywide Mortgage due to a foreclosure. In January, Paul prepared a contract with an offer of $115,000, $18,900 below their listed price. Countrywide responded after an unreasonable delay with a sales price of $128,000. Paul continuously prodded the agent representing Countrywide and she did her best to have Countrywide get into the “real world”. Paul prepared another contract offering $125,000. Again, inexplicable delay, but after much prodding by Paul with the agent representing Countrywide, our offer was accepted, but they stipulated a title company that was not on my credit union’s list of approved title companies. Again there was an excessive delay by Countrywide. Time was becoming critical as my “pre-qual” mortgage loan with the credit union would expire after 15 February. Paul continued to prod the agent representing Countrywide and finally they agreed with using a title company accepted by my lender. I met the deadline of 15 February with the outstanding help from Paul. He also managed my move and I was in my new home on Saturday, 16 February. Again, I think Paul LaCourse is a great agent to have working with your business. It is obvious that his goal is customer service; I am in a home that perfectly meets my special needs due to his tireless efforts.
Sincerely,
Richard H. Smith
We recently bought a condo in Fort Walton Beach. My wife Sarah and I wanted to let you know that Paul LaCourse handled the sale for your firm and we were extremely pleased with his services. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter what time of day (or night!), returned calls promptly, and generally made this a very smooth transaction with on out of state owner (and buyer). We live in NC and are in the process of renovating this property as a vacation rental and possibly to be our residence when we retire. Or perhaps we’ll just let Paul sell it for us at a big profit! It was a pleasure working with Paul on this deal!

To whom it may concern:
Paul LaCourse recently served as my Realtor in the sale of my condo and I would like to give my wholehearted recommendation of his services. As I have been a Realtor almost 30 years, I’ve bought and sold several residential properties over the years and have had some bad experiences. However, Paul maintained a level of professionalism superior to many Realtors. He was extremely competent in his approach to selling my property, from the initial market analysis to the tips he gave me for making the condo more appealing than other properties offered to potential buyers. At the onset, I was aware the market was a “buyers market” and had an expectation that the property would be on the market for a long time. However, with his dynamic personality and eager approach we had an offer in short order. I was very satisfied with Paul’s handling of every detail from the point of listing through closing. I highly recommend Paul LaCourse as he is a knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to work with.

Dear Ms. Stewart:
This letter is being written to call attention to a great experience my husband and I had. My husband was transferred to the Ft. Walton area and we needed a place for him to rent a few days a week. We logged on to the internet and Paul LaCourse’s name came up. He was contacted and the rest is history.Paul went above and beyond for us. We finally bought a small condo. Paul is detailed orient and has a high degree of professionalism. If we are in the market for other property, Paul will definitely be our go-to-guy.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding job that Paul LaCourse did in selling my hours. First, it must be noted that Paul was faced with selling my home in the worst market in history. Second, he was given this task after another agent left Exit. However, he took over and gave 110%. He quickly developed a strategy to get my house maximum exposure. This required numerous hours working with other brokers. He was always available to advise me on price adjustments and modifications. Once we had a buyer, he kept me advised of the process and provided a work crew for repairs. Finally, he was there for the closing.
One again, I want to express my thanks for the great job he did.

Dear Ms. Stewart:
I would like to take this time to acknowledge the efforts of one of your agents, Paul LaCourse. Paul has been working with me since September 2008 in an effort to find a home. He relentlessly worked very diligently to provide listings and viewings of property at any time conducive for my schedule. I could even contact him during weekends and within at least one hour notice, he would stop whatever he was doing to meet me and my husband at a location we requested to see. Yet, this is not the most incredible part that I would like to share. Being a newlywed, there were seriously huge barriers that developed between me and my spouse. I can honestly admit that our relationship was hanging in the balance and I did not know how to salvage my marriage. In the process of planning to view more properties, Paul became my listening ear and gave me some sound advice that helped my relationship. He also, after my consent, gave me contact information to marriage counselors that I contacted to get involved in counseling. I will always be eternally grateful for his selfless effort to assist me during a critical time in my life. Unfortunately, due to my recent job loss, I was unable to purchase a home. Paul went above and beyond the legal responsibilities of an agent and I feel comfortable in calling him a new friend.
So many people take time to write formal letter of complaint if they feel they were not treated well. I want to let this letter serve as a formal letter to compliment the excellent customer service and dedication in assisting me in various areas of my personal and professional endeavors. Please take the time to recognize him for a job excellently performed and delivered.
Respectfully submitted,
